Matt is the Director of Podiatry at LifeCare Prahran Sports Medicine who has specialised in musculoskeletal medicine and biomechanics for over 25 years. A qualified Sports Podiatrist, Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Podiatry and has offered his expertise to Melbourne, Western Bulldogs and the St Kilda Football clubs, Melbourne Victory F.C and the Victorian Cricket team.
Matt offers his expertise to people / athletes of all ages with foot or leg pain, or those who have sustained complex foot trauma due to motor vehicle trauma, work place accidents or other mishaps.
Rick Osler is one of the leading Sports Podiatrists in Melbourne and specialises in sports and running related foot and lower limb problems but also has the expertise to help manage various foot complaints and conditions.
Rick has a bachelor in podiatry, a diploma of applied science and is a registered member of APODA. He is also the podiatrist for the St Kilda Football Club. He is a podiatric consultant for multiple footwear and sports tech brands; and is the co- founder and former owner of specialty running retailer Active Feet.
Emma is an experienced podiatrist and has been a member of the Lifecare Podiatry team since 2006. Emma has a Bachelor of Podiatry from Latrobe University and has a Master of Health Specialisation (Podiatric Medicine) from University of South Australia. Emma’s clinical practice specialises in biomechanics, sports medicine and injury management with a strong interest in winter sports (skiing, ice hockey and ice skating), running and football.
Junior athletes, paediatric athletes, are also a clinical interest after Emma completed her Masters with specific paediatric sport and biomechanical components. Emma also consults on all common foot and lower limb complaints such as heel and arch pain, extra corporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), nail conditions and surgeries, diabetic assessments, foot and leg pain, and orthotic therapy.
